The fist working meeting of the Fire Safety Board is September 9th. It is extremely important that we, as an organization, have input to this board. Actions taken by this board will affect all of us. If you haven't taken the opportunity, I would urge each of you to review the information posted. Please go to www.mishe.org and click on "Fire Safety" near the top left side of the page. There you will find a letter from me explaining our connection to the Fire Safety Board and the Issue we need to address. The page also has some supporting information. Specifically, the action we need to take is the following: We urgently need to know the specific code conflicts that you have with NFPA and other codes. This includes specific codes; the name and number of the code; and the NFPA conflict by name and number. You can send this information to Tim Tinney by email and email attachment.
